Reliable HVAC installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system with two zones in our home in Pismo Beach for a fair price. The job was challenging, but they worked with me and our old home to make sure the system was installed properly and care. Reliable HVAC is a family owned company with an intelligent, totally professional team. It’s hard to find such professional service delivered with the care and integrity these guys do. They made sure everything was done right and completed as we wanted. I spent many months, vetting, different companies, had many less professional services waste my time with ridiculous bids. Wow, working with Ray and his Excellent team was a great experience. He did what he said he would at the price that he said he would, and at the time that he said he would – which was quickly.
I won’t hesitate to use him again. I have had him install new mini splits and have had him service a gas forced air unit, one GFA with AC as well, and had a mini split serviced. The serviced mini split that he did not install has never run better. I’d give Reliable HVAC an extra star if I could!
